Pedestrian Killed in San Antonio Train Crash on W Villaret Drive

San Antonio, Texas (April 29, 2019) – A man was struck and killed by a train early Monday morning on San Antonio’s South Side, according to the authorities.

The wreck happened at about 3:25 a.m. in the 700 block of W Villaret Drive.

It’s unclear what the man was doing on the tracks when he was hit. The authorities said the victim was an adult white male.

No other injuries were reported in the crash.
