Drivers Hospitalized after Lubbock Traffic Crash on Avenue Q and 27th Street

Lubbock, Texas (June 30, 2019) – Three people were injured in an accident involving two vehicles on Saturday afternoon in Lubbock, according to a police report.

The crash occurred on Saturday, June 29, at the intersection of Avenue Q and 27th Street.

Police said a 2002 GMC pickup truck and a 1983 Chevy pickup truck were involved.

Both drivers and a passenger in the Chevy were injured in the accident and were taken to the hospital for treatment.

The police are still investigating to determine the cause of the crash.
