Lawrence Schroeder Killed in Tynan Car Crash on State Highway 359
Tynan, Texas (May 4, 2019) – Two people were killed in a head-on collision that occurred near Tynan in San Patricio County on Thursday morning, according to the DPS.
The wreck happened on State Highway 359 at about 10:45 a.m. May 2.
DPS said the driver of a 2012 Dodge Durango was traveling eastbound on SH 359 when he drifted into the westbound side and collided head-on with an oncoming 2015 Chevy Silverado driven by Lawrence Schroeder, 53, of Corpus Christi.
Both Schroeder and the Dodge driver were pronounced dead at the scene.
The DPS is investigating the incident.
