1 Dies in Fatal El Paso Pedestrian Crash on 10 Freeway near Executive

El Paso, Texas (May 31, 2019) – One person was hit and killed by a car on Wednesday night in El Paso, according to a police report.

The crash was reported at around 11:10 p.m. May 29, on Interstate 10 East near the exit of Executive.

The El Paso Police Department said the pedestrian was walking along the roadway when they were struck by a car.

The pedestrian sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.

The driver of the vehicle involved remained at the scene and cooperated with the police.

The identity of the deceased victim was not disclosed.

The incident remains under investigation.
