One Injured in Burleson County Crash on Highway 21 and FM 908

Burleson County, Texas (April 27, 2019) – One driver was hospitalized after two semi trucks collided and caught fire on Thursday afternoon in Burleson County, as per a local news source.

The crash was reported at about 12:10 p.m. April 25, at the intersection of Highway 21 and FM 908.

The DPS said an 18-wheeler was on Highway 21 and attempted to make a turn onto FM 908 when it crashed into a second 18-wheeler on the highway. The impact of the collision caused the two trucks to catch fire at the intersection.

One of the drivers was transported to the hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.

No other injuries were reported.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
