Man Hospitalized after Austin Pedestrian Crash on Interstate 35 near 41st Street

Austin, Texas (May 23, 2019) – A man was hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle on Wednesday night in central Austin, according to the Austin-Travis County EMS.

The incident took place just before 7:53 p.m. May 21, on Interstate 35 near 41st Street.

ATCEMS said the man was struck by a vehicle on the lower deck of the interstate.

The victim, a man in his 50s, was transported to Dell Seton Medical Center with potentially life-threatening injuries.
