Several Injured in Winkler County Two-Vehicle Accident on Highway 115

Winkler County, Texas (May 23, 2019) – Several people were hurt in a crash between two vehicles on Thursday morning in Winkler County, according to the Winkler County Sheriff’s Office.

The collision happened on Highway 115, approximately four miles south of Wink.

The deputies said two vehicles collided head-on for unknown reasons.

Three people were transported to a local hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.

The crash caused a closure of both directions of Highway 115 as the scene was examined and cleared.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
