Alice, Texas (April 10, 2019) – Three people were injured in a crash caused by a driver who failed to stop for a stop sign at an intersection in Alice on Tuesday afternoon.

According to a report by the Alice police, the crash took place at Cecilia and South Reynolds Street on Tuesday, April 9.

Police said a woman was driving a gray Buick passenger car eastbound when she collided with a silver Ford vehicle that failed to stop for a stop sign at the intersection.

A man who was a passenger in the silver vehicle and both female drivers were hospitalized for their injuries.

Police cited the driver of the silver vehicle for failure to yield to the right-of-way at a stop sign. The Buick driver was cited for operating a vehicle without a driver’s license and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
