One Killed in Dallas Pedestrian Crash on Cooper Street and Lenway Street
Dallas, Texas (April 10, 2019) – One person was struck and killed by an 18-wheeler on Tuesday night in Dallas, according to a police report.
The crash occurred around 11:45 p.m. April 9, on Interstate 45 between Cooper Street and Lenway Street.
The police said an 18-wheeler struck a pedestrian on the interstate for unknown reasons.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities said the driver stopped at the site after the collision.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
