Woman Injured in Liberty Car Crash on US Highway 90A

Liberty, Texas (May 18, 2019) – A woman was airlifted after a rear-end collision on Wednesday evening in Liberty, according to the authorities.

The wreck happened at about 5:50 p.m. May 15, at 4100 US Highway 90A.

According to the report, a Toyota Scion was traveling eastbound on Highway 90A when the driver tried to turn into a residence and was rear-ended by a Chevrolet Suburban.

The impact caused the Suburban to flip multiple times.

A woman riding in the SUV was extricated by the fire crews who responded to the incident.

The woman was flown to San Antonio Military Medical Center for treatment.

The crash is under investigation.
