Victor Carr Identified as Man Killed in Austin Multi-Car Crash on Oak Springs Drive and Airport Boulevard
Austin, Texas (May 21, 2019) – Police have identified the man who was killed in a deadly crash involving multiple vehicles which occurred early Saturday morning in East Austin.
Victor Carr, 64, died in the collision that was reported at about 1:59 a.m. in the area of Oak Springs Drive and Airport Boulevard.
According to the authorities, Carr was driving a Kia Soul southbound on Airport Boulevard when he made a turn and was hit by a northbound gray Toyota Corolla.
Carr stained major injuries and was transported to Dell Seton Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased.
The two occupants of the Corolla were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
The Austin Police Department is investigating the collision.
