Two Women Injured in San Antonio Pedestrian Crash at Clark Avenue and Goliad Road

San Antonio, Texas (April 22, 2019) – Two women were hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle at an intersection on San Antonio’s South Side late Sunday night.

The crash happened at the intersection of Clark Avenue and Goliad Road shortly after 11 p.m. April 21.

Police said two friends were trying to cross Clark Avenue when they were struck by a car.

The two victims were transported to the hospital, one of them with internal bleeding and the other with head injuries.

The driver of the involved car stayed at the scene.

Police said impairment was not a factor in the accident. The women were hit on a very dark section of the road.

The crash is under investigation.
