Two Injured in Tarrant County Car Crash on Jacksboro Highway

Tarrant County, Texas (April 26, 2019) – A collision between two vehicles left a Tarrant County sheriff’s deputy and another person injured early Friday morning in northwest Fort Worth.

According to the sheriff’s officials, the incident occurred at about 3:30 a.m. in the 9400 block of Jacksboro Highway.

Police said the deputy was working in the area when her patrol car was rear-ended by a vehicle traveling on the highway.

Both the deputy and the civilian driver were taken to a hospital and were both expected to recover.

The authorities are investigating the incident.
