Man Injured in South Austin Scooter Accident on South MoPac and Bee Caves Road
Austin, Texas (May 18, 2019) – A man was struck and injured by a vehicle while riding a scooter on Friday afternoon in South Austin.
According to the Austin police, the authorities responded to the incident in the area of South MoPac and Bee Caves Road on Friday, May 17.
Police said a male rider was transported to a hospital for treatment of injuries sustained. The extent of the rider’s injuries was unknown.
The manner in which he collision occurred was not immediately established.
The crash is under investigation.
