Person Injured in Longview Pedestrian Crash on West Avalon Avenue and High Street
Longview, Texas (May 7, 2019) – A pedestrian was hospitalized after a hit-and-run incident that happened in Longview Tuesday morning.
According to the Longview Police Department, the accident occurred on West Avalon Avenue and High Street.
Police said a pedestrian was walking across the crosswalk at the intersection when a silver Cadillac going south on High Street struck them.
The driver of the Cadillac fled the scene after the incident.
The victim was hospitalized for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The Longview Police Department is conducting an investigation into the incident.
