One Hospitalized after Tyler Car Crash at Gentry Parkway at Broadway Avenue
Tyler, Texas (May 1, 2019) – One person was injured in a collision involving a pickup truck and a car at an intersection in Tyler on Wednesday morning, according to the Tyler Police Department.
The incident occurred at Gentry Parkway and Broadway Avenue.
Police said the driver of the truck failed to stop for a red light at the intersection and slammed into an SUV. The impact caused the SUV to roll onto its side.
The SUV driver was taken to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
It’s unclear whether the truck driver was cited.
Police are investigating the incident.
