Marilyn Allen Injured in Jefferson County Collision on Interstate 10

Jefferson County, Texas (June 20, 2019) – Marilyn Allen, 67, of Florida, was among two people injured in a crash involving multiple vehicles on Wednesday afternoon in Jefferson County.

According to a DPS report, the crash was reported at around 4:30 p.m. June 19, on I-10.

A 2016 Kenworth tractor-trailer heading west on I-10 slowed down for stopped traffic ahead and was struck from behind by a 2004 Fleetwood RV.

Marilyn was a passenger in the RV and was airlifted to a hospital with serious injuries. The RV driver was taken to St. Elizabeth with serious injuries.

The cause of the crash is under investigation by the DPS.
