26-Year-Old Kayn Kemp Dies in McGregor Pedestrian Accident on SH 317

McGregor, Texas (June 7, 2019) – A 26-year-old died in a collision involving a hit-and-run driver on Thursday night in McGregor, according to the McGregor Police Department.

The crash took place around 9:45 p.m. June 6, at 2100 S. SH 317.

McGregor police said Police said Kayn Kemp, 26, was walking on the side of the roadway when a vehicle heading north on SH 317 swerved into the side and struck hi,.

Kemp died at the site of the collision.

The involved driver fled the scene. The vehicle is suspected to be 2005-08 white F-150 which may have frontal damage.
