Jo’Anthony Harrison Identified as Boy Killed in Harris County Crash

Harris County, Texas (April 16, 2019) – The boy who died after being involved in a two-vehicle collision on Thursday night in Harris County has been identified.

Jo’Anthony Harrison Died in the collision that took place at Highway 249 and Mills Road just before midnight on Thursday, April 11.

Deputies said a 24-year-old woman driving a Trailblazer was trying to look for a safe spot on the road when her car was hit by a white car.

The SUV driver had a toddler and a 12-year-old boy as her passengers. The emergency crews performed CPR on the 12-year-old boy, later identified as Jo’Anthony.

Jo’Anthony was transported by Life Flight to Texas Children’s Hospital , where he died on Friday,

The SUV driver and the small child were treated at a hospital for minor injuries.

The Harris County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.
