Giovanni Landeros ID’d as One of Two Injured in El Paso Pedestrian Crash on Charles Foster and John Hayes

El Paso, Texas (May 26, 2019) – One of the two Pebble Hills High School students hit and injured by a vehicle on Thursday in El Paso has been identified as Giovanni Landeros, according to a local news source.

The crash took place at about 4:15 p.m. May 23, on  Charles Foster and John Hayes.

The authorities said Landeros and another teen were walking down the street when a speeding driver, believed to be a student at the school, struck them.

The two victims were transported to Del Sol, where Landeros was hospitalized in critical condition.

The authorities have not made any arrests in connection to the crash but an investigation into the incident is ongoing.
