Boy Injured in Harris County Car Crash on Highway 249 and Mills Road

Harris County, Texas (April 12, 2019) – A boy was hospitalized with major injuries after being involved in a two-car accident on Thursday night in Harris County, according to the deputies.

The crash happened just before midnight April 11, on Highway 249 and Mills Road.

Deputies said a white car and an SUV occupied by a woman with a toddler and a 12-year-old boy. The SUV driver was reportedly trying to find a safe spot and had her emergency lights on.

The boy was hospitalized with  serious injuries. Emergency crews performed CPR on the child at the scene before he was rushed to the hospital.

The woman and the toddler were unhurt.

The authorities are conducting an investigation into the incident.
