2 Killed in Cleburne Car Accident on Main Street near Ross Street
Cleburne, Texas (May 8, 2019) – Two people were killed in a two-vehicle crash on Monday evening in Cleburne, according to a police report.
The incident was reported at about 5:00 p.m. May 6, in the 600 block of North Main Street near Ross Street.
Cleburne police said a Chevrolet pickup was turning east onto Ross Street from North Main Street when it collided with a Dodge Ram pickup truck.
A female passenger in the Chevrolet was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Chevrolet was taken to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
The driver of the Dodge suffered minor injuries in the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
