Boy Killed in Harris County Car Crash on Highway 249 at Mills Road
Harris County, Texas (April 13, 2019) – The boy who was hospitalized after being involved in a two-vehicle collision on Thursday night in Harris County has succumbed to his injuries.
According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, the collision took place at Highway 249 and Mills Road just before midnight on Thursday, April 11.
Deputies said a woman driving an SUV was trying to look for a safe spot on the road when her car was hit by a white car.
The SUV driver had a toddler and a 12-year-old boy as her passengers. The emergency crews performed CPR on the 12-year-old boy, before taking him to a hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
No other injuries were reported.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.
