Woman Killed in San Antonio Crash on 38th Street and Enrique Barrera Highway
San Antonio, Texas (May 25, 2019) – A woman was fatally hit by vehicles on San Antonio’s West Side Friday night, police said.
The collision, which occurred at about 10:45 p.m. May 24, took place on 38th Street and Enrique Barrera Highway.
Police said a woman was walking across the street when she was hit by a black pickup truck that was making a turn onto Enrique Barrera Highway from 38th Street. The victim was then struck by a white pickup truck.
The victim was rushed to a hospital but died on the way. Her name was not immediately released.
The involved drivers reportedly stayed at the scene and rendered aid.
The crash is under investigation.
