Pedestrian Injured in Tyler Crash on Chandler Highway

Tyler, Texas (May 28, 2019) – A pedestrian was struck and injured by a motor vehicle on Monday morning in Tyler, as per a local news source.

The crash was reported at about 4:50 a.m. May 27, on Chandler Highway near Loop 323.

The Tyler police said a pedestrian was struck by a car after walking into oncoming traffic.

The pedestrian was injured and taken to the hospital for treatment.

The driver of the vehicle was not injured.

The crash remains under investigation.
