One Killed in Fatal Riviera Car Crash on Highway 77 near Highway 285
Rivera, Texas (May 30, 2019) – One person was killed in an accident involving a car and a semi-truck on Tuesday evening in Rivera, according to a local news source.
The crash took place at about 4:30 p.m. May 28, on Highway 22 just south of State Highway 287.
The Texas Department of Public Safety said a semi-truck collided with another vehicle along the roadway for reasons still under investigation.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
