Person Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Collision on Loop 410

San Antonio, Texas (April 18, 2019) – A person was struck and killed by a vehicle on Thursday morning in San Antonio.

According to the San Antonio police, the collision occurred at about 6:30 a.m. on eastbound Loop 410 near the North New Braunfels exit.

It’s unclear how the pedestrian was hit or whether more than one vehicles were involved.

The victim died at the scene.

The crash caused a closure of the right and center lanes of EB Loop 410 as the authorities examined the scene.

The San Antonio Police Department is investigating the crash.
