Norberto Casanova ID’d as Man Killed in Bexar County Train Accident on Villaret Boulevard

Bexar County, Texas (May 3, 2019) – The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the man who was killed in a Monday morning train crash in San Antonio as Norberto Casanova, 55, as per a local news source.

The crash was reported at about 3:25 a.m. April 31, in the 700 block of West Villaret Boulevard.

According to a police report, Norberto was found lying on the tracks.

The medical examiner’s office said he died of multiple blunt force injuries and categorized his death as an accident.

No other details of the crash were immediately provided.
