Possible Injuries in Amarillo School Bus Crash near SW 2nd Avenue and Taylor Street

Amarillo, Texas (May 6, 2019) – Injuries were reported in a school bus collision early Monday morning in Amarillo, according to the authorities.

The crash happened near SW 2nd Avenue and Taylor Street.

The report showed that a Sanford-Fritch bus crashed into the rear of another bus from the district. The students on board the buses were on an Accelerated Reader field trip when the collision happened.

There were reports of injuries and the authorities said non of them were life-threatening.

The City of Amarillo buses were requested to transport non-seriously injured victims.

The crash is under investigation.
