At Least One Injured in Austin Car Crash on 8th Street and Red River Street
Austin, Texas (May 24, 2019) – At least one person was injured in a car accident on Wednesday afternoon in Austin, according to the Austin Fire Department.
The crash was reported at around 3:00 p.m. May 22, at the intersection of East 8th Street and Red River Street.
Austin-Travis County EMS said the collision occurred at the intersection for unknown reasons.
At least one person sustained severe injuries in the crash and was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
