Woman Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Military Drive and Whitewood Street

San Antonio, Texas (May 12, 2019) – A woman was struck and killed by a car on Saturday night in San Antonio, as per a local news source.

The crash took place at about 9:45 p.m. May 10, at the intersection of West Military Drive and Whitewood Street.

The police said the driver of a white Cadillac struck the woman, who was in her 60s, as she was crossing west Military Drive.

When the EMS arrived to assist the woman, she had already died of her injuries.

The driver initially left the scene because he didn’t see the woman and was unaware that he hit her, but he later returned when the police called him for questioning.

The crash is still under investigation.
